We thank you for choosing to support our work by making a purchase from our website. We know there are many creatives making amazing work out there so we don’t take you choosing to support Gossamr lightly.
With this in mind we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and in the event there is an issue with your order please contact us. We want to make sure we do everything possible to make sure our customers are satisfied.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items purchased with us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for used or clearly damaged items unless the item was damaged during the shipment process and we were notified of the issue within a timely manner. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, for example wrong or damaged item shipped. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please send us an email at Hello@gossamr.com

Although we strive to process returns as soon as we received them please allow up to 30 calendar days from the day your item has been received to receive your full refund.
